Anthony J Woodward B Bus, CA
Tony originally joined the firm in 1989 and became a partner in 1994. Tony is a tax and corporate business advisor specialising in small/medium businesses and high net worth family groups. He provides advice in all areas of taxation, structuring, asset protection, estate and succession planning.
Tony was admitted as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 having completed the requirements for his professional qualifications at Price Waterhouse – Sydney. Tony worked as a Chartered Accountant briefly in London before returning to the firm in July 1992.
Tony’s client base covers a wide range of commercial ventures and industries including professional services, trades , the arts, retail , hospitality, high net worth family groups and individuals and the not-for-profit sector.
Tony is also a director for a number of the firm’s clients, attending to corporate governance and guidance.
Andrew C Rigney B Com, Dip Law (LPAB) FCA
Andrew joined the firm in 1998 while conducting his undergraduate studies at Macquarie University and became a partner in 2008. He is a tax and corporate business advisor across small/medium businesses, international subsidiaries and high net worth family groups. Andrew provides advice in all areas of taxation, structuring, asset protection and succession.
Andrew’s client base covers a wide range of industries including medical, construction, professional services, the legal profession and the not-for-profit sector.
Andrew holds a Bachelor in Commerce (Accounting) from Macquarie University and a Diploma of Law through the Legal Professions Admissions Board (formerly SAB). He was admitted as a Chartered Accountant in 2003 and advanced to fellowship in 2015.
Bernice Bolton B Compt (hons), MBA, CA
Bernice joined the firm in 2002, when she moved to Australia from Johannesburg where she had been a partner in a Chartered Accounting practice. She became a partner in the firm on 1st July 2008. In 2011, Bernice completed her Masters of Business Administration majoring in marketing and human resource management with UNE.
With over 30 years of experience in the taxation and business advisory industry, she is highly experienced in providing accounting and tax services to individuals and business clients in a wide range of industries.

Alan Lam B Com, Grad Dip Adv Tax, CA
Alan joined the firm in 2002 as an intermediate accountant and became a Senior Manager in 2012.
Alan is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor in Commerce (Accounting) from University of Western Sydney, Diploma of Financial Services (Superannuation) from ASFA, a Graduate Diploma in Advance Taxation from University of NSW and Self-Managed Fund Specialist Course from UNSW. He is also a CA SMSF specialist member of Chartered Accountants in Australia and NZ.
Lailani Alcantara B Com, CPA
Lailani began her career in small business services in 1999 as a part time undergraduate accountant with a firm in North Sydney. She joined the firm in 2002 as an intermediate accountant and became a senior manager in 2019. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce Accounting from the University of Western Sydney and was admitted as a CPA in 2010.
Linda Feimos B Com, CA
Linda is a manager who joined the firm in 2002 after some years in the finance industry and commerce.
Linda is a graduate of University of New South Wales majoring in accounting and finance, and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand.
Marisa Morris B Com, CA
Marisa joined the firm in 2001 as a graduate accountant, progressing to manager in 2008.
Marisa graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2004.
